Abstract

This paper deals with genetic, biochemical and immune - histochemical correlates of Duchenne and Becker Muscular dystrophies and their chaotic manifestation. Becker muscular dystrophies gene in-frame mutations exhibit different effects on the expression of dystrophin and the clinical severity of this disease. The present work shows significant functional roles of the domains of dystrophin. Our experimental and clinical studies on DMD also show that the flesharian diet and alcoholic drinks consumed by the patients of his father/ grand-father also create chaotic drinks/grand-father also create chaotic patterns mapped by them, which are function of the BIS effect. In order to mitigate the prevelance of DMD and BMD, it is concluded that the flesharian diet, alcoholic beverages and narocotic drugs should not be consumed under any circumstances on any pretext. These findings are corroborated by the data.
